Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted in small batches and processed within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days — $4.99 flat rate
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days — $12.99 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $35 (continental US only)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, plus APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require an additional 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days depending on destination.

Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Peony Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS for domestic orders, and USPS International / DHL eCommerce for international orders. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on the most efficient delivery to your address.

Out-of-Stock & Backorders

In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day via email. You may choose to: wait for the item to be restocked (typically 1-2 weeks), substitute with an equivalent product, or cancel the out-of-stock item for a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@peonybloom.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account page on our website.
