Our Guarantee

We stand behind every bar we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your Peony Bloom purchase, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement immediately — no return required.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@peonybloom.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the RMA number.
  4. Ship to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

To exchange a product (e.g., for a different scent), please return the unopened item following the return process above, and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest turnaround — you will not need to wait for us to receive your return before your replacement ships.

  • Opened or used soap bars (hygiene policy)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
