Q: How long does a bar last?
A: A 5 oz bar typically lasts 3-5 weeks with daily use. Store it on a draining soap dish away from direct water spray and it will last even longer.
Q: Can I use it on my face?
A: Yes. Our formula is gentle enough for facial cleansing. Many customers use the Peony White Tea bar as their daily face wash due to its light, clarifying properties.
Q: Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
A: All orders ship from our workshop in Luoyang, China. Standard delivery to the US takes 8–15 business days. Express shipping (5–8 days) is available at checkout.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unopened bars within 30 days for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost to you.
Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Never. We test on ourselves, our friends, and our very patient family members. No animals involved, ever.
Q: How should I store my soap?
A: Keep it on a well-draining soap dish between uses. This prevents the bar from sitting in water, which extends its life significantly. A wooden slatted dish works perfectly.
